What light strip is good for LED panel light beads

1. Theoretically, if 3014 and 3528 are produced at the same chip level, the difference in luminous flux is not significant. However, 3014 is more convenient for lighting products to handle local dark areas due to its luminous angle. The current of 3014 and 3528 does not depend on the product category. It just depends on the performance of the bare crystal. 3014 has a higher lumen value compared to 3528 particles because the substrate is convenient for heat dissipation. But there are also limitations because the core luminescent point is very small, and the ratio of fluorescent powder is relatively less than that of 3528. Due to the large space, the light quality is not as good as that of 3528. It is difficult for 3014 particles to achieve 90% color rendering. However, due to the production of panel lights, considering the overall cost, it is recommended to use 3528 lamp beads for product quality. The 3528 lamp bead (10X30) chip can currently achieve a light efficiency of 145LM-150LM/W. In addition, the optical efficiency of San'an's 10X23 chip is also acceptable, and it has advantages in various aspects of cost.

2. 24V constant current output drive scheme:

(1) If it is a directly emitting panel light: It is recommended to stick 28 lamp beads per meter, 7 strings and 4 parallel. (The height of the lamp is required to be 50mm as the standard calculation) If the height of the lamp is to be low, additional lamp beads should be added to achieve good light diffusion effect, otherwise there will be light spots. If the height increases, the number of lamp beads can be increased or decreased.

(2) If it's side lighting, there are indeed too few lamp beads per meter.

If the load voltage must be 12V, the lamp beads can only be made into 3 strings, and the corresponding current increases.

Because LEDs are electrical components, the amount of heat generated is proportional to the square of the current I.

In terms of the scientific nature and energy conservation of LED applications, 24V applications are superior to 12V applications.

But for the sake of electricity safety (using in humid conditions, using in water, 12V is safer) and customer requirements, most also adopt a 12V safety voltage.
